Number one as the long tradition of Distilleria Varnelli as the first company in the Marche region to start spirits production.
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Varnelli Anice Secco
1 oz (30ml) Passion Fruit Puree
1 oz (30ml) Coconut Cream
Float (¼ oz-7.5ml) of Aged Rum
Method: blend first three ingredients with 1 cup of ice, then serve into a champagne saucer with a float of aged rum.
Garnish: star anise pod and fresh mango.
