Ingredents:
1.5 oz (45 ml) Rittenhouse bonded rye
1 oz (30 ml) Bonal Gentiane- Quina aperitif wine
0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Amaro Sibilla
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir 40 revolutions and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: with an orange peel.
